Article 1. Protection of privacy and processing of personal data

LOGGATI.CH and its subdomains, owned by TEKNOLOGY SA, comply with the applicable international regulations on the protection of privacy and processing of personal data (GDPR-compliant).

Any user can send an email to privacy@loggati.ch regarding any matter relating to privacy. Users must specify their email address and/or mobile phone number to access their personal information and have it modified, deleted or prohibited from specific use by TEKNOLOGY SA, following the procedures described in this article no. 1.4 ('Data Processor').

If a user contacts LOGGATI.CH and/or its subdomains by email, the email address and the information contained in the message will be stored.

Article 1.1 Type of information collected

Personal information collected by TEKNOLOGY SA includes members' first names, last names, email addresses, telephone numbers, country, postal code/city, and children's first and last names.

Certain non-personal information may also be collected, such as the browser version (Internet Explorer, Mozilla, etc.), the operating system used by the user (Windows 98, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS, etc.) and the IP address of the computer being used. LOGGATI.CH and its subdomains may use cookies, the purpose of which is to save the user's identification information during the visit. Members can block the use of cookies at any time by changing the settings on their Internet browser.

By submitting or entering personal data on the LOGGATI.CH website and/or its sub-domains, users accept the manner and purpose of processing these data and express their consent for their use in accordance with this article. TEKNOLOGY SA collects personal information voluntarily submitted by its users on the website TEKNOLOGY SA and undertakes not to disclose personal information in any way.

After registration on LOGGATI.CH and/or its subdomains and access to the Services, users are no longer anonymous. Users will be anonymous if they visit the website without registering with LOGGATI.CH and/or its subdomains. If further information is made available in the Personal Information section, it will be collected using appropriate technology.

Article 1.2 Who has access to this information?

Personal data are only processed electronically and are processed using a computer-based authentication system. Users' information is stored in protected databases and may be accessed only by those responsible for processing, only in case of need by the competent authorities and Partners of TEKNOLOGY SA provided that the user has been informed in advance and the user's consent has been obtained or if the user has not expressly objected.

Article 1.3 Purpose of data processing

TEKNOLOGY SA collects information and data in different ways and on various occasions. Some personal information is collected when you register with LOGGATI.CH and/or its subdomains; other information is collected when you use the services of LOGGATI.CH and/or its subdomains or when you participate in any other programme, which enables you to use the services in a personalised way. A member may withdraw their consent at any time by writing to privacy@teknology.ch.

Article 1.4 Data Processor

The Data Processor of sensitive data is the company TEKNOLOGY SA, owner of the service TEKNOLOGY SA, with registered office at via Pobiette 11, 6928 Manno - Switzerland. The data and the TEKNOLOGY SA website are secured at the offices of the Data Processor.

A member may contact the Data Processor at any time by sending an email to privacy@teknology.ch to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data and to have them communicated in an intelligible manner.

Users also have the right to request the Data Processor to delete their personal data (this means destroying such information without any possibility of restoring it), to make it anonymous (by modifying the data in an anonymised way) or to suspend the processing of their personal data (by temporarily halting any kind of processing).

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files sent by a server to a user's device (usually the internet browser) when the user accesses a page on a website. Cookies allow the webserver to store information to be reused during the same visit to the site (session cookies) or later (persistent cookies). Cookies make it easier to navigate the site; they allow the memorisation of pages visited and other specific information, such as pages consulted most frequently, connection errors, etc. Cookies are stored, according to user preferences, by the individual browser on the specific device being used (computer, tablet, smartphone).
